BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Juniper Group, Inc. (OTCBB: JNIPE) announced today that its wholly-owned communications subsidiary has signed a Master Service Agreement with BCI Communications, a Berliner Communications company headquartered in Elmwood Park, NJ. BCI is a nationwide service vendor to the wireless industry with 16 locations across the United States. Their services include construction services, network services, RF engineering and site acquisition.
