The ScreenPhone, using proprietary hardware and software, provides instant access to the Internet through the attached interactive hyperlinked touchscreens. This unique touchscreen desktop telephone/internet access device eliminates the need to access web-based information through a PC.
The ScreenPhone has numerous applications in vertical markets that require user-determined access technology. The markets include medical, security, home technology systems, hospitality/gambling, banking/finance and VOIP. The Company will initially focus on the healthcare vertical and integrating the ScreenPhone with the Company’s home-based medical testing devices. We are anticipating utilizing the ScreenPhone in the all of the following areas: Home monitoring/patient evaluation, Testing and remote diagnostics, Education/communication/practice management, Eligibility/claims processing/billing, Electronic Medical records (EMR), and Prescriptions.

Each ScreenPhone contains numerous interactive hyperlinked customer-designed touchscreens with one-touch access to e-mail and all web functions and sites, high resolution 8.2/10.4 inch full color touchscreen, built-in high speed access (Ethernet/cable/LAN) using cable, wireless or DSL, built-in 56K modem access using a regular telephone line, and large alphanumeric pop-out keyboard. The device resident desktop screens are remotely managed and variable directly from the server.
The ScreenPhone can also be configured with a built-in smartcard reader (magnetic swipe card optional) and built-in smart media card for data storage and file transfer (works seamlessly with digital camera memory cards, and MP3 players). Each unit comes with full web browsing capability, built-in camera, built-in Voice over IP (VOIP) for free Internet long distance calls, built-in user security system (upgradeable to fingerprint/retinal scan), color printer ready, plug and play (into RJ11 phone jack), speakerphone, caller ID, memory and speed dial.
