ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., March 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wilon Resources, Inc. (Pink Sheets:WLON.pk - News), an energy exploration company with operations in the Appalachian Basin is pleased to announce that it is in the final stages of preparation for delivery of natural gas. The Company has scheduled all projects to be completed and final inspections for the week of March 15, 2010 in anticipation of delivery.
Over the next few days, the Company's West Virginia natural gas project will go through several inspections to insure that the recently constructed meter station, H2S detection facility, compressor station, and glycol unit are functioning properly and to the standards required by Columbia Gas Transmission. During this time, the Company will continue to swab wells and tie in additional wells into the gathering system. The Company projects that it will have between 15-25 wells equipped for the initial day of delivery and will open for production an additional 5-8 wells weekly.
In addition, management would like to remind shareholders of the upcoming special shareholder meeting this Friday, March 19, 2010. Management strongly believes that the acquisition of the Company by Adventure Energy is in the best interest of shareholders and will allow the Company to further develop its leasehold interests.
