SK3 Group to Move Headquarters to California

(PINK SHEETS:SKTO - News) announces that based upon its agreements with Medical Billing Specialist, Inc. and Angels of the Valley Hospice Care, LLC, the company will be moving its corporate headquarters to California effective January 1, 2010. This move will provide greater access to its existing customer base and one of the largest healthcare markets in the United States. The Florida office will become a regional sales location for the Southeast.
