HENDERSON, NEVADA--(Marketwire - 12/31/10) - Videolocity International, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:VCTY - News) (www.videointernationalcorp.com) subsidiary Tactician University successfully held a mayoral workshop on city development strategies and operations for the mayors of nearby cities in Shenzhen.
The workshop, held by the National Development and Reform Commission Training Center (NDRCTC) together with the Harbin Institute of Technology took place in Shenzhen. Tactician University undertook this conference which attracted many famous scholars and experts from all over the country. The purpose of this conference was to promote the development that relies on knowledge, culture, information, technology, and creative spirit, and to develop the core competence of the city for the future.
Tactician invited Chen Dongqi, sub-Dean of National Development and Reform Commission Academy; Ren Duping, Chairman of NDRCTC; Tang Jie, Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen; Kotler-father of modern marketing theory, and Ed Vinson-father of Intellectual Capital. During the conference, conventioneers put forward some advice and knowledge to city planning officials and management regarding coping with the financial crisis. In other company news, VCTY has rejected the offer made by Corporate Universe to acquire Tactician on all stock basis. VCTY management is on the cusp of finalizing the sale of ASCC its Indian construction company. The delay has arisen with the transfer agent of the purchaser which now appears to have been resolved. VCTY will provide the name of the purchaser and many updates on various fronts in the early part of January 2011.
