HENDERSON, NEVADA--(Marketwire - 02/02/11) - Videolocity International, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:VCTY - News) (www.videointernationalcorp.com) has announced that its subsidiary Tactician University has been entrusted to conduct a training course for the senior leadership of Chinese company Shenzhen Hualite Electric Co., Ltd.
Tactician will hold a five-day customized course to help Shenzhen Hualite's management develop and improve their team-building skills. It will also guide the company's leaders through a number of other helpful training activities. Shenzhen Hualite is based in Shenzhen City and manufactures electronic instruments and controls. Tactician has seen very positive results from similar training courses that it has conducted for the senior management of other companies.
VCTY has just closed the sale of its subsidiary Avatar Singh Construction Company (ASCC), which will allow it to focus more of its attention and resources on Tactician University. Tactician is a progressive management education and leadership training center and think tank that tackles prevalent issues in the Chinese economy and its society, and trains 21st century Chinese leaders. It has a proven business model and VCTY is considering complementing it with additional viable ventures.
The sale of ASCC should enhance the value of VCTY and improve its shareholders' positions in the company as it grows more organically within its industry niche.
More updates to follow shortly.
